Why is my Camera Disconnects from the Software?
This issue was initially reported as the customer not being able to find the auto focus box. What we learned was that the camera was set to auto shut-off after 3 minutes. The solution was to disable the auto shutoff setting.
The Light station ships with a battery eliminator replacing the battery. When the auto shut-off is disabled the camera will auto turn-on when the power to the battery eliminator is powered and will remain powered until the power manually is cut off.
