How do I reset my Blue ID Password?
Reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password,” check your email for a code, and click the link to create a new password.
Start by selecting the “Forgot Password” option on the login page and entering the email address associated with your account. The site will send you a message, so take a moment to check your inbox and your spam folder if it doesn’t appear right away.
Inside that email, you will find a password reset URL and a verification code. Open the URL to the password‑reset page and then enter the code in the box indicated.

From there, you can create a new password and regain access to your account.

If your password has been reset, you will receive a confirmation email and then be able to log in to your Blue ID.
