Learn how to upload help information in BlueMobile
Watch the video below:
- From the Homepage, select Projects
- Select the Project you would like to work on, and then the board you want to upload help media for.
- Navigate to the Media tab.
- Select Upload More Media, and then Help Image
- Here, you can either select a preexisting photo or take a new one to showcase your problem.
Examples of Help Images include:
- Marked up photos with the tools explaining the order of SKUs
- Excel Spreadsheets with tools
- Approval PDFs
- Pictures of Tool layouts
Your help image uploads will be saved to your board's live files
