How do you create custom shape foam?

We have two methods within Blueshadow to create custom-shape foam. Both of which are described below.

Create a standard shape shadow board and subtract from it using the tool commander
Start with custom shape .tool created in the tool commander and convert it to .bord once custom shape is complete

Once you have created your custom shaped foam you can store the file in our online database.
