      What is the Tolerance of the Milling Process Used to Make the Cut-Outs in the Foam?

      Unless otherwise specified on a control drawing, the general tolerance for our milling process is 5% of the overall cutout in the .bord file.

      We use a CNC router with a vacuum table to mill the foam.
