Why is my BlueShadow 3D View not working?

You may have an issue with your graphic video driver.

It has been reported that some Intel Graphics drivers stop working after applying Microsoft Windows Updates.

To fix this issue, it is recommended you update your Intel Graphics driver directly from Intel.

  1. Go to Intel site and download the Intel Automatic Driver Updater

  2. Follow the instructions and update the recommended drivers, specifically the Graphics.
